How can we support our partner when they are seeking therapy? It can be difficult to know the best way to support our partner, especially in circumstances where we may not be directly involved. This article suggests some ways you can support your partner while they are in therapy. Like how to show respect for their personal journey, but also communicate that you are available if they need to talk. Like praising their decision to get help, and maybe even seeking support yourself! This article is by no means comprehensive, but it is a solid start.
