8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

You will learn simple, practical techniques to:

  • reduce the effects of anxiety, anger, pain & illness
  • increase concentration & self-awareness.

Our 8-week program is 2.5 hours per week, daily home practice, plus one full-day retreat!

Wednesdays @ 5:30-8pm

The Dates are:

September 18 – Free intro and information session (Requirement for participants).

September 25
October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
November 6, 13

Then an all-day retreat on Sunday, Oct. 27 9:30-4:30pm.
