24/7 Community Resources

While LifeRoots does not provide crisis support, we do work within regular hours Tuesday through Thursday to provide free and low counselling options within the scope of our practice, with no wait times and availability within the week.

We also provide thoughtful referrals to alternate therapists in the community to fit a range of budgets/ areas of need and interest, and a shortlist of other private practices offering free & affordable counselling in Alberta.

Schedule a complimentary consultation and we’ll set aside some time to take a look at your options together.
